The short answer: SurveyMonkey suits teams who want benchmarks and a mature platform, with AI reading of the follow-up from Team Advantage. SurveySparrow has the most ways to send and a CX suite built for NPS, CSAT and CES. Enform suits small teams who care most about the reasons behind the score. Typeform and Google Forms work for a one-off check. Delighted, a common pick on older lists, is no longer available.

Any form tool can ask the 0 to 10 question. What matters is the follow-up: the written reason that turns a number into something you can fix, and whether anyone reads it.

How is the NPS score calculated?

Take the percentage of promoters (9-10) and subtract the percentage of detractors (0-6). Passives (7-8) count toward the total but not the score, so the result ranges from -100 to +100.
The number tells you whether loyalty is moving. The follow-up tells you what to do about it. If nobody reads the follow-ups, you watch the score drop without knowing which fix to ship.
No. Qualtrics, which owned Delighted, says it is no longer available.
