Enform MCP server
Connect your AI tool to Enform and ask about your forms and responses in plain words. You sign in with your browser. There's no API key to copy.
Server URL
Every client connects to the same address. It speaks Streamable HTTP and signs you in with OAuth.
https://api.enform.co/api/mcpSet up your client
Pick your client. The same steps are in Enform under Settings > MCP, which also shows whether a client is connected.
Run this command
Terminal claude mcp add --transport http enform https://api.enform.co/api/mcpAuthorize Enform
Open /mcp in Claude Code, then approve Enform in your browser.
Run this command
Terminal codex mcp add enform --url https://api.enform.co/api/mcpAuthorize Enform
Run this, then approve access in your browser.
Terminal codex mcp login enform
Add the server URL
Text https://api.enform.co/api/mcpAuthorize Enform
Add this URL as a custom connector in Claude’s settings, then connect and approve access.
Add the configuration
JSON { "mcpServers": { "enform": { "url": "https://api.enform.co/api/mcp" } } }Authorize Enform
Add this configuration to Cursor’s MCP settings, then select Connect and authorize Enform.
Approve access
Your client opens Enform in your browser. Log in if you need to, check the client's name, then choose Allow access. The page lists what the client asked for:
- See your workspaces, forms, Google accounts, spreadsheets and exports
- Read form responses
- Create Google Sheets exports and keep them synced (needs response access)
- Stay connected while you're away
Your workspace permissions still apply, so the client sees what you can see in Enform and nothing more. It never sees your Google credentials.
Tools
Your AI tool picks these for you based on what you ask. Some only show up when the client was given the matching permission.
list_workspaces- The workspaces you belong to.
list_forms- Forms in one workspace, the 50 most recently updated.
list_responsesNeeds: Read form responses- A form's newest responses, 50 by default and up to 100 per call, including ones still in progress, with counts by status.
list_google_connections- The Google accounts you've connected to Enform. Never tokens or credentials.
list_google_spreadsheets- Spreadsheets shared with Enform in one of your Google accounts. Not your whole Drive.
get_google_connection_url- A link to connect Google and choose a Sheet for a form. You finish it in your browser.
list_google_sheets_exports- A form's Google Sheets exports: status, row counts, spreadsheet links and errors you can fix.
export_to_google_sheetsNeeds: Read form responses + Create Google Sheets exports- Export a form's completed responses once, or keep them in sync. Makes a new spreadsheet unless you name one, and always writes to its own tab.
manage_google_sheets_exportNeeds: Read form responses + Create Google Sheets exports- Pause, resume, retry or stop an export. Stopping is for good, and the rows already written stay.
Example prompts
- List my Enform workspaces and the forms in each one.
- Show me the 20 newest responses to my onboarding survey.
- Read the latest responses to my churn survey and tell me what people keep asking for.
- Export every response to my waitlist form to a new Google Sheet and keep it in sync.
- Pause the Google Sheets sync on my feedback form.
Limits and disconnecting
- The MCP server takes up to 60 requests a minute.
- To cut a client off, open Settings > MCP in Enform and revoke it under Authorized clients.
- Need something the tools don't cover? The REST API reads the same forms and responses with an API key.
