Embed a form
Put a form on your own site, inline on the page or behind a button. Copy one snippet and paste it into your HTML.
Get the snippet
Open Share
Open your form in Enform and select Share, then the Embed tab.
Pick a style
Choose Inline or Link button.
Copy and paste
Copy the snippet and paste it where the form should go. It works in plain HTML and in site builders that let you add custom code.
Copy the snippet from Enform rather than these examples. The real one has your form's link and the full script.
Inline
The form sits inside your page, full width and 600 pixels tall. Change height to fit your layout.
<iframe src="https://enform.co/submit/your-form" title="Customer feedback" width="100%" height="600" style="border:0;max-width:100%" loading="lazy" allow="clipboard-write; payment"></iframe>
<script>/* passes values from your page's address to the form */</script>Turn off Show the form's header to hide the form's own header inside your page. That adds ?header=0 to the link.
Link button
A button that opens the form in a new tab. It uses the form's title as its label.
<a href="https://enform.co/submit/your-form" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="display:inline-block;padding:12px 20px;border-radius:999px;background:#111827;color:#ffffff;font:600 15px/1.2 system-ui,sans-serif;text-decoration:none">Customer feedback</a>
<script>/* passes values from your page's address to the form */</script>Pass values from your page
The small script under each snippet copies values from your page's address onto the form's link. If someone lands on yoursite.com/pricing?email=ada@example.com&utm_source=newsletter, the form gets both.
- It passes the names of your form's hidden fields.
- It also passes campaign tags:
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content,fbclid,gclid,gbraid,wbraidandttclid. - Anything else in your page's address stays on your page.
